Ability to identify, map, and engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring their interests and concerns are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate project objectives, challenges, and progress to all stakeholders.

Deep understanding of the local and international cultural, political, and social dynamics that may influence stakeholder interactions.

Experience in navigating complex political landscapes and managing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

Extensive experience coordinating stakeholders on large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects, particularly within the aviation sector.

Familiarity with the challenges and demands of airport design and construction projects, including regulatory requirements, environmental concerns, and operational needs.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.

Skills in managing change and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives.

Ability to liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all stakeholder activities adhere to legal and contractual obligations.

Ability to build long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders that can facilitate project success.

Experience in fostering collaborative environments and ensuring that all parties work towards common goals.

Understanding of environmental and social impact considerations in large infrastructure projects, and experience in managing stakeholder concerns related to sustainability and community impact.

Experience in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives related to construction projects.

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Management field of study with a minimum of 15yearsrelevant experiences in known organization.
