Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the design, development, and implementation of fintech and other solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in fintech, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Act as a technical mentor and provide guidance to intermediate and junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Contribute to the overall technical architecture and design of fintech solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Job Requirement

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software Engineering, ICT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years and above of hands-on development experience in fintech, with a strong understanding of financial technologies and industry standards.
  • Proven expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant fintech frameworks including react net, EXTJS, angular and other tools.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, payment processing, security protocols, and regulatory compliance within the fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality fintech solutions within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
