Job Summery

  • Participates and assists in preparations of human resource development and succession plans of the company
  • Designs training need assessment(TNA) questionnaire that supports human capacity building programs;
  • Knowledge of induction and training coordination
  • Facilitates and coordinates in-house and outsourced trainings
  • Prepares and submits periodic training performance reports
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related field of study from a recognized University.
  • Experience:A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in business organization
