Job Summery
- Participates and assists in preparations of human resource development and succession plans of the company
- Designs training need assessment(TNA) questionnaire that supports human capacity building programs;
- Knowledge of induction and training coordination
- Facilitates and coordinates in-house and outsourced trainings
- Prepares and submits periodic training performance reports
- Good oral and written communication skills
Job Requirement
- Qualification:BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related field of study from a recognized University.
- Experience:A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in business organization
