Job Summery

Responsibilities

Major:

Supervise the overall Management of Sales tasks.  Work with customers to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. Should have strong peoples skills and negotiation capacity.

Key**:**

  • Should drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s growth.
  • Capable to determine sales risks and opportunities, devise applicable solution.
  • Develop & implement sales strategies and detail action plans.
  • Should set sales targets and activities, key performance indicators.
  • Competent to build customer bases and business partners

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  BA/MA in Marketing & Sales Management/ Business Administration or other related field
  • Work Experience:  8/10 years, out of which 4/2 years at higher position

Duty station :  Kality/Addis Ababa/ &  Site
