• KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Facilitate coordination and communication mechanisms with regional volunteer coordinator and project staffs.
  • Prepare sounded project proposal,
  • Day to day follow up of projects and give guidelines and feedback
  • Prepare Separate and consolidation report for internal and external users
  • Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR)
  • Organizational Capacity building (OCD), which is assigned by executive Director
  • Devise, implement and recommend innovative strategy for Organic partners and stockholders

Job Requirement

• Education and Qualification
  • Second/First degree in Natural science / Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Social Psychology/ Applied Psychology/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Regional and Local Development Studies/ development studies/ Management
  • 1/2 years relevant experience
