Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify general sales reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Produce and share detailed weekly sales reports, including comprehensive financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align data for reporting requirements.
• Manage and maintain shareholders’ account balances, ensuring timely payments for guest services.
• Reconcile shareholders’ account balances and coordinate with the finance team to track all payments accurately.

Job Requirement

Educational Background:

• Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

Work Experience:

• Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;   2 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk/ Reservation Team, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.

• 4 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk/ Reservation Team, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
