Responsibilities

Major:

Working under the supervision of the Business Development Manager accomplishing  business development activities by researching and developing marketing, managing marketing advertising, promotion and sales staffs and activities; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing polices and procedure.

Key**:**

• Develop marketing strategy and activities.
• Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information & recommendation to strategic plans and review
• Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitors share and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business establishing targeted market share.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by marketing periodic visits; exploring specific need; anticipating new opportunities.

Job Requirement

• Qualification:  MA/BA in Marketing Management/ Business Management or other related field
• Work Experience: 8/10 years,   out of which 4/2 years at Managerial position

Duty station :  Kality/Addis Ababa/ &  Site
