Job Summery

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for managing the overall operations and performance of the company. This includes overseeing various departments, setting strategic goals, ensuring the company meets its financial targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The GM works closely with the Board of Directors in developing and executing business plans and strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiencies and outcomes.

The GM reports to the board of directors.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field and 10 years work experience out of which 5 years should be in leadership position
    • MBA business administration, Management, or a related field and 7 years work experience out of which 3 years should be in leadership position
    • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of business functions, including finance, HR, and marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make decisions. Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
