Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/ Financial Accounting  or related field
  • Expected Minimum Work Experience:  4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions

Expected Competency (Skills required):

  • Though knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Skills in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ability to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.
  • Expertise in developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Ability to create financial models and projection
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Micro Finance Business
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, preparation of tax returns, and compliance with tax laws. Skills in managing tax planning and optimization strategies
  • Ability to perform financial analysis to assess profitability, liquidity, and financial health
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Financial regulations of the government
  • Ability to prepare statement of accounts
  • IFRS application skill

Work Place: Addis Ababa /Head Office/
