Job Requirement
- Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Accounting/ Financial Accounting or related field
- Expected Minimum Work Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience 2 of which in senior positions
Expected Competency (Skills required):
- Though knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Skills in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ability to ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.
- Expertise in developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Ability to create financial models and projection
- Comprehensive knowledge of Micro Finance Business
- Knowledge of tax regulations, preparation of tax returns, and compliance with tax laws. Skills in managing tax planning and optimization strategies
- Ability to perform financial analysis to assess profitability, liquidity, and financial health
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
- Excellent knowledge of the Financial regulations of the government
- Ability to prepare statement of accounts
- IFRS application skill
