Responsibilities:

• Manage data and digital market operations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in IT is compulsory, plus relevant qualifications in Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, Software Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Project Management (Agile and Scrum), or other related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Experience in research methodologies, including digital research techniques
• Experience in standard computer software data analysis packages
• Strong commitment and ability to work under pressure, and delivering tasks on time
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience in CAPI, CAWI, CATI, and online data collection and analysis
• Experience in proposal development using digital research methods, including grid sampling, GPS, and GIS
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English

Terms of Employment:

• Sub-contract with potential for extension based on performance

Workplace: Addis Ababa
