Job Requirement

Professional Back Ground and Minimum Requirements: BA or MA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, interviewing, and orientation of new employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.

Work experience: At least four years’ experience

Salary: As per the scale of the Company

Duty station: Addis Ababa
