Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and maintain effective internal policies, procedures and guidelines which compliance with government laws and regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment through a fair and consistent conflict resolution process.
- Ensuring the management of recruitment, selection, and placement and promotion is in line with the rules and regulation of the organization.
- Develop and maintain standard protocol for hiring, training and performance management.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to ensure consistency, fairness and timeliness.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure all required resources are available for the department.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional associations.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Perform any other assignments provided by the Management.
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields with a minimum of 12 years of experience in HR management, out of which at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
