The General Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and ensure to exercise his/her delegated powers to run the entire company and to implement the Board approved strategy and direction to the day to day management of the company and its employees

Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification:MSc/BSc in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related fields; or MA/BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration and related fields
• Experience:8 years for second degree and 10 years for the first degree out of which 6 years’ experience in management positions (preferable at least 3 years’ experience in soap industry)
