Job Summery
The fit out (finishing works) division head is responsible for the management of all FIT OUT WORKS including labor force, quality control and coordination with clients, Contractors and management.
SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES
- In charge of overall FIT OUT/ FINISHING WORKS activities;
- Manage to work on multiple projects;
- Able to organize work effectively to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of FIT OUT/ FINISHING WORKS;
- Ensure good workmanship is carried out for all site works;
- Able to effectively manage and supervise a fit out team of construction workers;
- Attending site meetings to establish a scope of works;
- Efficiently plan and manage the material and human resource required for the work;
- Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
- Able to develop and implement best practice of Cost controlling;
- Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times;
- Work with property management department on day-to-day operation of the property in accordance with policies/procedures, management agreements, and client needs as required;
Job Requirement
- Qualification
- BSC Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
- 08 years of related working experience preferably in construction/ real estate sector
- Experience in managing interior fit out project especially in commercial and office design & build
- TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Excellent Managerial & Supervisory skills;
- Knowledge of relevant Computer System and software such AutoCAD, project management and other engineering software;
- Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
- Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
- Proactive in ensuring the accomplishment of organizational goals & objectives
