Job Requirement

  • Qualification:First Degree in Office Management or Diploma in   Office Management and Secretarial Science and related fields
  • Experience: 5 years for first degree holders and 4-6 years for diploma holders in   office management and secretarial service

  • Demonstrated organizing, customer handling and team working skills;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Trust worthy and good personality/character
  • Ability two write a letter and keep Management Minute
  • Ability to Manage Petty Cash
  • Ability to Manage and control office rules and regulations
  • Good English communication skill
