Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Economics/ Business Management/ Marketing  or related field
  • Expected Minimum Work Experience: 7/9 Years of relevant experience; 3 of which at managerial Level in Micro-Finance or Financial Institution

Expected Competency (Skills required):

  • Broad knowledge of the overall business in financial industry.
  • Through knowledge of planning, monitoring, evaluation and related activities.
  • Openness to new ideas and approaches to enhance business development and partnership strategies.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Experience in identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships that enhance the organization & market position and service delivery.
  • Leadership, Relationship Building & Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to plan, executes, and oversees projects related to business development and partnerships.
  • Ability to clearly present ideas, strategies, and data to various audiences.
