Job summary

The job holder is responsible for providing leadership for digital banking operations within the Bank. S/he effectively partners with the business through responsive Cards, ATMs and POS support. The jobholder institute and ensure operating effectiveness of channels services and oversees reconciliation of all receivables and payables accounts for transactions. S/he oversees the management of ATMs and POS for the bank and communicate related vendor services and support.  The jobholder will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Directorate through effective performance management.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification & Experience:  MSc Degree in Computer Science, information System, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in banking industry of which five (5) years in managerial positions with proven track records in Digital Channel, IT Security Development and Project Management

Duty station:  Addis Ababa
