Job Summery

The Chief Executive Officer is accountable to the Board of Directors and has the responsibility to lead the Management Team to formulate the strategic and operating plan of the Company and the ultimate responsibility to implement the Company’s strategic and operating plan once approved by the Board of Directors. He/she provides the strategic vision, planning, and operational leadership to ensure that the mission, goals and objectives of the Company are fulfilled in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board of Directors and the key duties included in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Job Requirement

• Qualification:
  • Master’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Education, information Technology or other relevant-fields.
  • Overall professional experience above 10 years with at least 6 years in a senior management position. Leadership experience in Educational institution is more preferred for the position.
  • Goal driven, business minded, change leader, and motivator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Performance-Evaluation:
  • Performance evaluation will be conducted and the necessary feedback will be given by the Chairperson of Board of Directors and Board members individually and jointly twice in a year. The main elements of evaluation are effective execution of the Company’s Strategy.
  • Remunerations The actual salary and benefits of the CEO depends upon experience, qualification and are negotiable.
