Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification Required: MA/BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related field
  • Expected Minimum Work Experience: 8/10 Years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position at Banks, Micro-Finance or Financial Institution

Expected Competency (Skills required):

  • Extensive knowledge of Financial Industry management practical and procedure operations
  • Skills in recruitment, talent development, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employment law
  • Ability to develop and oversee IT strategies and policies that align with business objectives
  • Experience with implementing and integrating IT systems and solutions that support financial and HR functions
