Responsibilities

Major:

Under the leadership and guidance of the CEO of the Company, the Business Development Manager /equivalent to Deputy General Manager/shall be responsible for the overall Management of Marketing, Sales, Business Promotion, Contract Administration and Customer Relationship tasks of the Manufacturing and Construction Businesses of the Company. Should have strong peoples skills and negotiation capacity.

Key**:**

• Build business relationships with current and potential customers and develop customized targeted sales strategies.

• Initiate business development strategies and coordinate actions to influence the business (market and sales).

• Create informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences

• Oversee the development of relevant templates i.e. product needs analysis, service level agreements and other relevant documentation

• Establish sales targets and define the strategy to achieve these targets.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: MBA/MA/BA/BSc Degree in Marketing/Sales Management; Economics; Business Administration or other related field
• Work Experience:  12/14 years, out of which 7/9 years at Managerial position

Duty station :  Kality/Addis Ababa/
