Job Requirement
- Minimum Qualification Required: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or related field
- Expected Minimum Work Experience: 5/8 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years senior Credit & Loan Officer
Expected Competency (Skills required):
- Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of KYC principles
- Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products
- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the branch level
- Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer application skill
Work Place: Addis Ababa & Out of Addis Ababa
