Job Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification Required: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting  or related field
  • Expected Minimum Work Experience: 5/8 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years senior Credit & Loan Officer

Expected Competency (Skills required):

  • Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of KYC principles
  • Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products
  • Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the branch level
  • Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer application skill

Work Place: Addis Ababa & Out of Addis Ababa
