Job Summery

Major Responsibilities

– Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems,

– Oversee the financial strategy of the Factory,

– Participate in development of the Factory’s financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency,

– Oversee facilities, maintenance activities and performance of staff,

– Monitor costs and expenses to help in budget management,

– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,

– Lead and manage the Finance and HR Teams

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Financial Management and other relevant fields
  • Work Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience of which 5 years on supervisory post
  • Fluence in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English is a requirement
