Position Summary

Beast Western Premier Dynasty Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves handling a wide range of HR administrative tasks, from employee records management to assisting with recruitment and on boarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist in employee on boarding and orientation, preparing new hire documentation and facilitating training sessions.
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports, including payroll, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Assist with organizing staff events and wellness programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and Manage calendars for key staff members.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Update and manage databases, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage payroll

Job Requirement

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., payroll, HCM )
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
